WHY SILICONE
Plastic softens under heat; glass resists undercuts and one-piece geometries. Optical silicone matches glass-level transmittance and clears both limits.
THERMOSET RESINS — BY MATERIAL
Low-durometer release molds undercuts and thick optical sections, and stays clear even mounted against the light source.
High hardness with no surface tack, for applications that need rigidity. On transmittance and heat, silicone leads.

WHAT WE DO
You don't need a finished drawing. We review your drawing or design the lens with you, and check manufacturability (DFM) from the first stage.
Select a stage to see its process and equipment.
Volume tooling in 5–8 weeks, depending on part design and requirements.
APPLICATIONS
Every segment demands different properties. We tune the material formulation, geometry and process to the use case.
Applications shown reflect our capability, not a delivery record.

CUSTOMERS & PARTNERS
We develop and manufacture within a network of finished-product customers and global material partners.
